F-Team Coaching.
A dedicated coach, a programme written for you, and someone to help make sense of how your training is going.
Whether you’re preparing for your first event or chasing a faster race, we start with your goals and the time you have to train.

Your training.
Your coach.
A training plan is a starting point. Having a coach means there’s someone reviewing how you’re responding and helping you decide what comes next.
You bring your goals, experience and feedback. Your coach uses those alongside your training to build a programme that makes sense for you.
Meet Rob, Anna and Mike →A programme written for you
Training built around your targeted events, current ability and available time, rather than asking you to fit a preset plan.
Feedback on your sessions
Your coach reviews your training and provides feedback to help you understand your progress and what you’re working on.
Adjustments when needed
Training doesn’t always go to plan. Your coach can make changes based on how sessions are going and the feedback you provide.
Getting started.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before contacting us. Tell us where you are now and what you’d like to work towards.
If you already have a coach in mind, mention their name in your enquiry.
- Tell us about yourself. Your sport, training experience, upcoming events and the time you have available.
- Find a suitable coaching option. We’ll discuss which coach and level of support fit your needs, including the price and what’s included.
- Start working with your coach. Your programme is delivered through the Foot Traffic training platform, where you can follow sessions and share feedback.
F-Team Coaching has a minimum commitment of three months. We’ll explain the coaching arrangements before you get started.
